Replace TestIdentifier by TestDescription

Large scale update of the base test interface for future
developments.
TestIdentifier is reaching its limits and upgrading it
requires moving away from ddmlib interface.

dEQP README

This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
