Remove check that required NULL to be invalid native window. Remove check from negative EGL API tests that required that native window NULL should produce EGL_BAD_NATIVE_WINDOW error. Bug: 20176899 Change-Id: Ibe5d203121f4bb1f0fc6b0516575998aacadd671
