Print test log path into console output

Having test log path printed out is helpful as it makes it clearer
that the console output is not the actual test log. Additionally, on
some platforms, such as Android, the log might be written into
non-obvious location.

dEQP README

This repository contains a GPU testing suite called dEQP (drawElements Quality Program). dEQP contains tests for several graphics APIs, including OpenGL ES, EGL, and Vulkan.
