Build system cleanups * Remove references to OpenCL support * Remove OpenCL-specific targets * Always enable EGL support in "default" target as EGL code doesn't have any compile-time dependencies any more. * Remove DELIBS_DIR indirection as delibs is now always located under framework/ directory.
