ChangeLog, badblocks.8.in, badblocks.c: badblocks.8.in: Fixed man page to describe the first optional parameter to badblocks as last_block, instead of num_blocks. (Debian nbug #87216) badblocks.c: Change the blocks_count variable to be last_count, which is a more accurate description of the variable.
