Rewrite DWARF string functions using known-dwarf macros. readelf and tests were using hard coded string tables to produce DWARF string constants. Use the known-dwarf macros to redefine these and reduce code. Technique comes from dwarf branch dwarfstrings.c. Signed-off-by: Mark Wielaard <mjw@redhat.com>
