src/share/Makefile.am : Rejig building of win_utf8_io/libwin_utf8_io.la. This should avoid a build error on Mac OSX where it the Mac build tools refused to build an empty library. Problem reported by Michael Guntsche <michael.guntsche@it-loops.com>.
