* builds/win32/visualc/freetype.dsp, builds/win32/visualc/index.html:
updated the Visual C++ project (for the 2.0.4 release)
* builds/unix/detect.mk: added rule for AIX detection (which uses
/usr/sbin/init instead of /sbin/init, go figure..)
