benchmarks: Actually build LIBDRM_INTEL_BENCHMARKS Adding LIBDRM_INTEL_BENCHMARKS into benchmarks_PROGRAMS had a tab before the assignment, making the line be inserted into the Makefile as is instead of being evaluated by automake.
