kms_panel_fitting: Add tests for fastboot. This is a small testcase to ensure fastboot works as intended. When I removed the pipe updates in intel_update_pipe_config the test started failing, so I think it's useful to keep. Signed-off-by: Maarten Lankhorst <maarten.lankhorst@linux.intel.com>
