kms_psr_sink_crc: Reduce our time out for PSR active.
Using same timeout value as kms_fronbuffer_tracking and for
same reasons exposed at 'commit 83582f9b ("kms_frontbuffer_tracking:
Increase the time we wait for PSR.")'
