iptunnel: simplify parsing TTL, allow 'hlim' as identifier Instead of parsing an unsigned integer and checking boundaries, simply parse u8. This and the added ttl alias 'hlim' provide consistency with ip6tunnel. Signed-off-by: Phil Sutter <phil@nwl.cc>
