x86_64: Original kernel 3.5 headers for x86_64.
Also updating 32-bit x86 counterparts where necessary. It doesn't bring
all x86_64 headers available, but only those which are required for
bionic build. More will be added later.
We remove the asm-$(arch)/page.h header files because the current x86
ones don't define the only thing we needed, and there's no uapi equivalent
to switch to. Instead we'll add a static backwards-compatibility file
to bionic.
