Additional libavc blacklisted functions. Add additional functions to the libavc blacklist. Some of these seem to be benign overflows, and a couple are performance related. Bug: 110791537 Test: One of the CTS media tests triggered this overflow. Change-Id: I4b67171176e27811892495795c1a06b0374c325a
