[Fuchsia] Enable ProcessUtilTests tests.
Enabled the following tests:
ProcessUtilTest.CloneAlternateDir
ProcessUtilTest.KillSlowChild
ProcessUtilTest.SelectivelyClonedDir
The problem that broke these tests was fixed in crrev.com/556610 .
Also removed ProcessUtilTest.LaunchNamespaceMap because it overlaps
with the tests enabled in this CL.
