UiCaptureTest capturing the NTP.
This is a test for capturing screenshots for review by the UX team.
The CL also includes changes to NewTabPage and FakeSuggestionsSource
to allow the images and icons for the page to be faked.
It also changes the naming of screenshots to reflect the devices' DP
size rather than their pixel size.
