freedreno: serialize drmPrimeFDToHandle under table_lock fixes the prime sharing race condition described by "intel: Serialize drmPrimeFDToHandle with struct_mutex". we inline fd_bo_from_handle() into fd_bo_from_dmabuf() and allow locking.
