Small makefile cleanup. - Fix the libunwind_debug references. - Remove the libunwind-ptrace library, it's not needed. All source files moved into libunwind. - Use the _32 and _64 for the elf files. Change-Id: Ic5d951fe4293e380654b190dbbe243030df0b818
