Enable cfi for libxaac Bug: 158010610 Bug: 173497308 Test: ran atest with DecoderConformanceTest, ImageReaderDecoderTest, VideoDecoderPerfTest, VideoEncoderTest, avcdec, avcenc. Compare the before and after enabling CFI results since there was a number of tests that were initially failing. Change-Id: I5f3990bf8542d7d7ab74cd2e031e8b2c5339c098
