cl-processor: Support cl post image processor
* Add cl post image processor
* Move CSC (CL_CSC_TYPE_NV12TORGBA) to cl post image processor
* test cmdline:
$ test-device-manager -m dma -c -f BA10 -d still -p -a dynamic \
--pipeline=extreme
