cl processor: add CLImageProcessor and CLImageHandler * Implement CLImageProcessor to handle video buffer * each CLImageHandler has a fix feature of image processing * each CLImageHandler may have multiple CLImageKernel * CLMemory is a wrapper for cl_mem and CLVaImage stands for image2d_t(cl_libva_image)
