Changed all references to libxml2 CVS over to the corresponding SVN. A few

* doc/xml.html: Changed all references to libxml2 CVS over to
  the corresponding SVN.  A few other spelling/grammar/links
  also changed.
* doc/libxml2-api.xml, doc/*.html: Regenerated all docs.
