Introduce xmlPosixStrdup and update xmlMemStrdup

Introduce xmlPosixStrdup, an internal strdup implementation matching the
POSIX strdup type signature, and update xmlMemStrdup to use it.

Thanks to Vlad Tsyrklevich for the initial patch.
