Added xmlDOMWrapReconcileNamespaces(), xmlDOMWrapAdoptNode() and

* tree.c include/libxml/tree.h: Added
  xmlDOMWrapReconcileNamespaces(), xmlDOMWrapAdoptNode() and
  xmlDOMWrapRemoveNode() to the API. These are functions intended
  to be used with DOM-wrappers.
