Cleaned up incorrect STL std::map comparison code and use the operator == on std::map objects instead of manually implementing the comparisons. Also modified the UnwindPlan::AppendRow() function to take a "const RowSP &" object so we don't have to copy shared pointers when calling this function. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/lldb/trunk@160448 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
