Change the variable TestBase.timeWait to the more descriptive timeWaitNextLaunch. Increase the delta between successive test cases, enabled with the '-w' option to the test driver, from 0.5 to 1.0 second, to arrive at a cleaner state before the next test case. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvdb/trunk@120315 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
