Changed the buildDsym()/buildDwarf() TestBase methods to use a plugin framework to delegate the building of binaries to a sys.platform-sepcific plugin. Modified the dotest.py test driver to add the "plugins" directory to the PYTHONPATH as well. darwin.py is the Mac OS X plugin module. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvdb/trunk@112606 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
