* Remove instruction fields hasInFlag / hasOutFlag and added SNDPInFlag and SNDPOutFlag to DAG nodes. These properties do not belong to target specific instructions. * Added DAG node property SNDPOptInFlag. It's same as SNDPInFlag except it's optional.
