IntervalMap iterators are heavyweight, so avoid copying them around and use
references instead.

Similarly, IntervalMap::begin() is almost as expensive as find(), so use find(x)
instead of begin().advanceTo(x);

This makes RegAllocBasic run another 5% faster.
