Removed the CPPFLAGS and CFLAGS variables since the -DHAVE_CONFIG_H messes up the test suite. Since all the LLVM software assumes that config.h exists, we can just do away with it for now. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@7069 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
