Update ltp selinux testsuite README: Update the ltp selinux testsuite README. Changes include: - Explain the two different locations of test policy up front and then use $POLICYDIR for subsequent references. - Expand and clarify the kernel configuration options. - Add a section summarizing the SELinux policy and userland dependencies.
