lib/parse_opts.c Print ALL CAPS warning when using -c option. The option is broken by design, however it's used in some runtest files. This patch adds ALL CAPS warning which hopefully will stop people from using it in new rutest entires and also will help to identify where it's used so we could get rid of it later.
