tools/strace_test: Remove. The test seems to be hackish fuzzer created by patching up strace in 2004. There were no changes since the initial import and it's not compiled/installed by default either. Given that we have several kernel fuzzers developed these days (trinity, syzkaller, ...) it makes very little sense to keep this, likely broken, code around.
