Fixed a problem with the sched_stress tests segfaulting reported by Andi Kleen. Fixed some problems with datafiles not existing when they were needed. Did some minor cleanup to make tc1 consistant with the others, though a LOT of cleanup is needed on these tests if anyone has time in the future. It would be nice to have them standardized to LTP more.
