stress_floppy: Add 'datafiles'

* Modify 'io_floppy'.

* Move '1K_file', 'dd_file' and 'generate.sh' into 'datafiles'.

* Install '1K_file', 'dd_file' and 'generate.sh' to
  'testcases/data/stress_floppy'.

* Some cleanup.
