Improve the runltp scripts. 1. Remove the hardcoded scenario files. 2. Drop trivial uses of sed in favor of tr (I've run into issues in the past on broken systems where sed hangs blocked on tty input). 3. Indentation. 4. More abbreviated directions. 5.
