250df92 [2nd Updates for kernel/device-drivers/nls test for 2.6.25]: Németh Márton initially wrote: the attached patch makes the ltp/testcases/kernel/device-drivers/nls testsuite compileable under Linux kernel 2.6.25. Currently the test_nls_base() crashes with 2.6.25, but without calling that function the module loads and unloads cleanly. This can be a base for checking what is going wrong with nls. b8f04cd I wanted to have all the special configuration parameters needed in the kernel .config file for enabling some features, for which test cases are there in LTP, but those tests will not run until the running kernel was enabled. I wanted the consolidated list in the ltp/README itself. I have generated a small patch for this. I would request others also to add to this when they find out such scenarios in LTP. Please feel free to add. We do not want situations where test cases are available in LTP, but they cannot be tested just because that the kernel was not built with configuration(s) set.
