Cygwin: Change mklib not to report the full archname on cygwin Change mklib not to report the full archname when building a library for cygwin (which is something like 'CYGWIN_NT-5.1' or 'CYGWIN_NT-6.1-WOW64' and kind of confusing), but just 'CYGWIN'.
