glsl: Allow memory qualifiers on shader storage buffer blocks v2: - Memory qualifiers on shader storage buffer objects do not come in the form of layout qualifiers, they are block-level qualifiers. Reviewed-by: Kristian Høgsberg <krh@bitplanet.net>
