rtasm: The heap is NX on 64-bit Cygwin, so use the rtasm_exec_malloc() implementation which uses mmap() The heap is NX on 64-bit Cygwin, so use the rtasm_exec_malloc() implementation which uses mmap() to allocate an anonymous page with execute permission, rather than the one which just uses malloc().
