configure.ac: Remove redundant libglvnd stanza There were two "libglvnd configuration" section in the squashed commit that added libglvnd support, while only one in the original libglvnd branch. A following commit moves one of them downwards. Now remove the upper "older" one and move GL_LIB name decision downwards after the new libglvnd configuration section.
