i965: Add invalidate_cfg parameter to invalidate_live_intervals(). Will let us avoid invalidating the CFG if the optimization pass has removed instructions using the new basic block methods. Reviewed-by: Topi Pohjolainen <topi.pohjolainen@intel.com>
