17
Mesa 9.3 Release Notes / TBD

18
19

20Mesa 9.3 is a new development release.
21People who are concerned with stability and reliability should stick
22with a previous release or wait for Mesa 9.3.1.
23

24

25Mesa 9.3 implements the OpenGL 3.1 API, but the version reported by
26glGetString(GL_VERSION) or glGetIntegerv(GL_MAJOR_VERSION) /
27glGetIntegerv(GL_MINOR_VERSION) depends on the particular driver being used.
28Some drivers don't support all the features required in OpenGL 3.1. OpenGL
293.1 is only available if requested at context creation
30because GL_ARB_compatibility is not supported.
31
