libminijail_unittest: Disable a couple of tests for ASan This change disables a couple of tests that are currently failing in ASan. This also changes the definition of running_under_asan() to use the compile-time definitions because the ASan-specific symbols being present is not correctly being detected in gLinux for some reason. Bug: chromium:895875 Test: make clean && make USE_ASAN=yes tests Change-Id: Ie6d3efd721dddc26f0b3659f28db9ee43f3244c6
