reverse definition dependency between PAGESIZE and PAGE_SIZE PAGESIZE is actually the version defined in POSIX base, with PAGE_SIZE being in the XSI option. use PAGESIZE as the underlying definition to facilitate making exposure of PAGE_SIZE conditional.
