[contrib/aix/buildbff.sh contrib/aix/inventory.sh] AIX package
build fixes. Patch by Darren Tucker <dtucker@zip.com.au>
[contrib/solaris/buildpkg.sh] add missing dirs to SYSTEM_DIR. Have
postinstall check for $piddir and add if necessary.
