[ssh.c ssh.1]
Add "-K" flag for ssh to set GSSAPIAuthentication=yes and
GSSAPIDelegateCredentials=yes. This is symmetric with -k (disable GSSAPI)
and is useful for hosts with /home on Kerberised NFS; bz #1312
