Changed the return type of FPDFAnnot_Get{Rect|AttachmentPoints}()

Instead of returning structs, changed FPDFAnnot_GetRect() and
FPDFAnnot_GetAttachmentPoints() to return a bool and take a struct
as an out parameter.
