Disable trace_to_text:unittest in windows This is because we run all the unittests via a single executable, which needs to depend on protobuf_lite for majority of unittests, but it also need to depend on protobuf_full for `trace_to_text:unittest`. However if we depend on both, we get link time error (multiple-definition-of-symbol) in windows. We don't get these errors in non-windows platform, probably because those symbols from protobuf_full and protobuf_lite are declared "weak-symbol" and non-windows platform are ok with that. Hence we are disabling `trace_to_text:unittest` in windows as of now. Change-Id: Ia75bffa9c469e68542fb44a035f70385c24bbae1
