TraceProcessor: Improve atrace parser

1. Make the detection of compressed traces (atrace -z) more robust.
   Search for the 78 9C zlib header before assuming the trace is
   compressed.

2. Increase the lookeahead to 64 byte, to make room for the case
   of adb shell `atrace -t 1 sched > txt`, which spews some extra
   "capturing trace... done" in stdout.

3. Fix systrace_trace_parser whichm in the case of atrace traces,
   was spewing a systrace_parse_failure for each line before the
   TRACE: marker.

Test: added TP diff tests for both compressed and uncompressed atrace.
